We would like to state that the Church is a registered Church with a registration number 2005/038405/08 which is recorded on the official register of the Companies office. Therefore we would like caution individuals who operate under the name “The Holy Christian Apostolic Church in Zion” to cease using this name because continuing to do so will be in contravention of Section 11 (2) (a) of the South African Companies Act.
Furthermore, “The Holy Christian Apostolic Church in Zion” is a registered Trade Mark, under the Trade Marks Act (2014/09900). Continuing to operate unauthorized under our Trade Mark is a violation in terms of Section 34(1)(b) of the Trade Marks Act 194 of 1963.

WHO WE ARE
The Holy Christian Apostolic Church In Zion is led by Bishop LLJ LEDWABA, together with his Office and Executive, they are assisted by Moderators, who are then assisted by their Reverends, Deacons, Evangelists and stewards. The church has brunches across all nine provinces in South Africa.
For the purpose of establishing and maintaining a place for the worship of Almighty God, our Heavenly Father; to provide fellowship for Christians of the same faith, to assume our share of the responsibility and privilege of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and for the advancement of God’s kingdom among all people, we the members of The Holy Christian Apostolic Church In Zion, do hereby recognize ourselves as a local body of of believes and adopt the following articles of Church order and voluntarily submit ourselves to be government by them.
NAME
The name of this body of believers shall be The Holy Christian Apostolic Church in Zion.
PURPOSE
Then Holy Christian Apostolic Church in Zion exists to spread the Gospel message of Jesus Christ in communities and around the world for the advancement of the Kindom of God. We believe this great privilege and responsibility will be accomplished as we:
1. Invest in the lives of people.
2. Serve according to our spiritual giftedness rather than from from a source of guilt.
3. Seek unity in the Body of Christ, not competition.
4. Offer up to Got authentic worship and praise.
5. Worship and explain scriptures relevant to our lives today.
